Is your bouillon gluten-free?
Our bouillons do not contain gluten ingredients. However, they are made in a facility where gluten may be present. If you have a severe gluten allergy, please review ingredients or contact us for clarity.
Are your vegan meats soy-based?
No.
Our handcrafted vegan meats are made using the washed-flour method (seitan) and are 100% soy-free.
They’re seasoned with our PureNude bouillon blends to create rich, realistic flavor — all without soy, tofu, or textured vegetable protein.
What are your shipping & delivery options?
We ship nationwide using standard ground and priority shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of food products, we can’t accept returns once an item has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an issue, contact us within 48 hours — we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us.

• Vegan meats: Best frozen and used within 3–6 months
