Due to the nature of our food products and for safety and quality assurance, all sales of PureNude seasonings are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened food items.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issues with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@purenudellc.com. We’ll be happy to review your concern and offer a replacement or credit if appropriate.

To ensure a smooth resolution, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product and packaging (if applicable)
